SECRETARIES BE AWARE: Attendance/Performance cards

Cards will not be processed immediately.  There is a two week turn around.  Please ensure all rules of PCASA are followed as some are entering events and not quoting a card number.  Event organisers should not accept an entry unless the card number is shown.

PLEASE be aware that we have discovered a card number was used for an event and the number was false.   If in doubt contact card registrar.

Card applications are to be sent to State office date stamped and forwarded to Registrar for completion.
