ATTENTION ALL CLUBS AND CHIEF INSTRUCTORS.(Non Graded cards)

Non graded cards are used for Hacking, Games and Rider classes in competitions.

Non graded cards are NOT to be endorsed for jumping.  They are to be returned to State Office with an application for jumping grades, graded by chief Instructor and correctly signed off.

New card will be issued and carry the same number as non graded card.  CARDS are not to be defaced in any way. EG. changing name of horse or any other details other than Chief Instructor of Club or Zone who upgrade/ down grades a combination with correct endorsement at top of class.
